Mark your calendars: Tuesday, December 3 is #GivingTuesdayDFW! Giving Tuesday is a global generosity movement, unleasing the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and their world.

• January 13-17 at 9:00 a.m. or 2:00 p.m.

Volunteer at LIFT 

Serve in one of LIFT's three literacy programs: 

High School Equivalency (GED Prep):

Help students achieve their dreams by teaching them lifetime skills and preparing them to pass the GED. New volunteer training is December 7, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

English as a Second Language:

Teach non-native speakers to develop the English language skills needed to thrive at their work, schools, and in their communities. New volunteer training will be conducted on an individual basis.   

Adult Basic Education:

Serve the low-literate population of Dallas by teaching them basic reading and phonics skills, uniquely tailored to fit each student's needs. New volunteer training is January 4, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
